Approval panel 

The approval panel has the following task:

Read the text in the resolution carefully

Correct neatly by hand; minor mistakes such as spelling mistakes and misplaced commas

Check the following; opening phrases should include argumentation and proof, they also need to be written correctly

Check that the operative phrases begin with a verb in third person singular, present tense

Check that the resolution is well connected, comprehensible and written in one full sentence

Check grammar mistakes, word order and tense etc

Check vocabulary, it should be written without slang- and everyday expressions

Check that commas and semicolon are in the right places, correct otherwise

Reject resolutions that contain numerous mistakes and clearly explain on the resolution why it has been rejected

Mark the approval of the resolution the way it has been agreed on

 Do not give any statements on content of the resolution!!!
